Trauma-Informed Counseling
We will explore how past experiences may still be influencing your present-day life. I offer trauma-informed care, creating a safe space where you can process your emotions and experiences at your own pace. This approach is grounded in empathy and understanding, allowing you to heal from the inside out.
Somatic Experiencing
Many of our emotional struggles are held within the body. Somatic Experiencing helps release trapped tension and trauma stored in the nervous system, allowing you to reconnect with your body and emotional self. This body-focused therapy empowers you to shift out of chronic stress and emotional patterns and return to a state of balance.
Client-centered counseling, developed by Carl Rogers, creates a supportive environment where clients can explore their feelings, thoughts, and experiences. It emphasizes the therapeutic relationship and the client’s ability to understand and resolve their own issues.
Inner child and attachment-focused counseling help to understand and heal the emotional wounds from past, particularly those related to childhood experiences and early attachment relationships.
